When companies are feeling confident enough in their future, they invest in themselves. And when they invest in themselves, often times that leads to new construction to accommodate their future.

For the folks at Transport Services in North Royalton — a Northeast Ohio company specializing in renting, leasing, and servicing a variety of trucks and trailers for all types of industries — the future looked bright enough in order to contact Campbell Construction for their newest project.

Campbell Construction was tasked with a design-build project for Transport Services in order to construct a 16,800 square-foot addition of a pre-engineered building onto their existing building on Royalton Road in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

The new addition was a metal structure that contained a 2,400 square-foot framed mezzanine and this construction project also required more than 2,000 square feet of the original building to have a remodeled interior for a new men’s locker room area, women’s locker room, new paved parking lot spaces, and office space.

Upgraded utilities, masonry work, carpentry, moisture protection, and several other construction components were vital to this construction project for Transport Services, as designed and constructed by Campbell’s team.

The entire Campbell Construction team is excited to congratulate Transport Services on their new addition and look forward to seeing their business continue to grow well into the future.
