When companies are feeling confident enough in their future, they invest in themselves. And when they invest in themselves this often leads to new construction to accommodate their future.

For the team at Transport Services Inc., in North Royalton, Ohio — a company that rents, leases, and services an assortment of trucks, trailer and storage containers, to a wide range of industries from food and beverage, to consumer products and moving companies— the future looked bright enough to contact Campbell Construction to design and build their newest project.

Campbell Construction was tasked with designing and building a 16,800 square-foot Butler pre-engineered metal building addition onto their existing building and renovation portions of existing office space.

The new addition contains a 2,400 square-foot mezzanine, additional service bays and new parts counter. Also included in the construction project was the renovation of 2,000 square feet of the original building including new office space and men’s and women’s locker rooms.

Upgraded utilities, additional parking and drives, masonry work, Standing seam roofs, siding, high R value insulation, LED lighting, and several other construction components were vital to the Transport Services project.

The entire Campbell Construction team is excited to congratulate Transport Services Inc., on their new addition and look forward to seeing their business continue to grow well into the future.
